V. Installation and Wiring

Wiring: Power off operation, wire crimped to FK-MCP 1.5/8 terminals; separate wiring for signals / power / power supply lines, single-ended grounding of the shield layer.
Compatibility: When paired with H4135 (DO), terminals 1-8 correspond to OUT1-OUT8; when paired with H4136 (DI), they correspond to IN1-IN8.
VI. Debugging and Maintenance
Power-on Test: Power LED is always on; normal wiring without alarm LED.
Daily Maintenance: Check wiring tightness and no corrosion every 6 months; dry air blowing for dust removal.
Fault Troubleshooting:
Alarm LED on: Terminal short circuit / open circuit → troubleshoot on-site wiring;
No communication: Poor terminal contact → reinsert and reposition the terminals;
Module Error: Internal circuit fault → replace the module.
