Core Function
Convert 24VDC to isolated 5VDC, providing power for the CPU, I/O backplane and HIBUS interface of the H41q/HiQuad system
Electrical isolation of input and output to block interference
Integrated overvoltage, undervoltage, overcurrent and short-circuit protection, with self-protection in case of faults
Independent power supply circuit design, separate power supply for CPU/I/O and HIBUS interface
Panel LED indicators to display input voltage (L+) and output status
Support hot swapping, allowing for online module replacement
Usage Notes
Ensure there is sufficient cooling space during installation and keep it away from strong interference devices such as frequency converters and contactors.
The 24V input uses an independent voltage stabilizing power supply and is not connected to the same circuit as high-power loads.
The cabinet should be reliably grounded, with a grounding resistance of ≤ 4Ω. The shielded wire should be grounded at one end only.
When redundant parallel operation is performed, ensure that the output voltages of the two modules are consistent to avoid internal circulation.
Regularly check that the terminals are securely fastened, without oxidation or condensation.
In case of a fault, a replacement of the same model can be directly made without the need to modify the wiring or the program.
