Relative humidity: 10% ~ 90% RH, no condensation
Vibration and shock comply with industrial IEC 60068 standards
IV. Main Functions
Centralized isolation power supply distribution for HIMatrix rack, providing stable power supply to CPU and I/O modules.
System bus isolation and signal relay, enhancing anti-interference capability.
Full-process hardware self-diagnosis: real-time monitoring of overvoltage, undervoltage, overcurrent, short circuit, and bus faults.
Fault safety design: automatically cuts off faulty branches in case of abnormalities, without affecting the safe operation of the entire system.
Compatible with HIMatrix CPU and I/O backplane networking series such as F7113 and F7114.
V. Installation and Wiring Precautions
Leave space for cooling at the top and bottom during installation, and keep away from strong interference sources such as frequency converters and contactors.
24V DC power supply must be stabilized and on an independent circuit. It is prohibited to share the power supply with high-power loads.
Use shielded cables for signals and power lines, with the shielding layer grounded at one end on the rack side.
The grounding resistance of the cabinet protection ground ≤ 4Ω. The system ground is separately laid.
Support hot swapping, but it is recommended to perform silent module configuration on the software side before maintenance to avoid transient disturbances.
VI. Maintenance and Fault Points
Panel LED status: green for normal, red for alarm and fault.
The diagnostic log can be read in the programming software to locate overvoltage/undervoltage/short circuit/bus abnormalities.
Regularly check the tightness of wiring terminals, no oxidation, and no condensation.
Module faults can be directly replaced with the same model without re-wiring and program configuration.
