III. Functional Features

Signal compatibility: Default 4–20mA, can be configured as 0–10V through HIQuad X/SILworX software, suitable for pressure / temperature / level sensors.

Seamless integration: Plug-and-play, compatible with F3311/F3313/F4316 etc. CPUs, the backplane automatically identifies and allocates addresses.

Hot swapping: Online replacement of modules does not require downtime, maintenance is convenient.

IV. Installation and Wiring Tips

Installation: Insert into the 4TE slot of the rack, tighten the fixing screws to ensure reliable connection with the CPU backplane. Connecting the wires

Current (4–20mA): Positive terminal of the sensor → CHx+, negative terminal → CHx-, no additional resistors required.

Voltage (0–10V): Positive terminal of the sensor → CHx+, negative terminal → CHx-, signal ground is common to the module ground.

Shielding wire: Single-ended grounding (module side), to avoid circulating interference.

Configuration: HIQuad X software is used to set the channel type, range, filtering parameters and alarm threshold, and it is downloaded to the CPU to take effect.
