V. User Manual (Operation Points)

1. Installation and Fixation

Insert the module directly into the backplane slot of the F3 series standard rack, push it in until it is locked by the latch, no additional screws are required; during installation, leave a 20mm heat dissipation gap up and down, away from frequency converters, high-voltage cables and other strong interference sources.

2. Power Connection

Connect to a 24VDC stabilized industrial power supply, strictly corresponding to the terminal markings; the FG protection ground of the casing must be reliably connected to the system ground to reduce EMC interference.

3. Communication Connection

Ethernet: Dual network ports can be connected to switches / PCs, default IP 192.168.0.1, used for program download, online monitoring, and parameter download; supports ring network redundancy, single network failure does not interrupt communication.

RS485: Connect according to A/B polarity, connect to the lower-level instrument or third-party serial port device, supports Modbus RTU protocol.

4. Software Configuration (SILworX)

Create a new project and select the F3313 hardware model; configure the dual network port IP, communication protocol, redundancy parameters, safety interlock logic; after successful compilation, download to the CPU, and after download, run online monitoring.

5. Daily Maintenance

Normal operation does not require daily calibration; regularly check the power supply voltage, whether the rack contact is loose, communication network cables and terminals are aged; module faults are determined by the panel indicator lights and software diagnostic information, supports hot swapping replacement, no need to stop the system for the entire system.

6. Compatibility and Replacement

F3318 is the high-performance main control of the F3 series, the same rack can be matched with all DI/DO expansion modules of the F32xx series; can be mixed with F3311/F3313, when replacing, it is necessary to update the configuration configuration synchronously.
