This module converts digital control commands issued by the MRC master board into mechanical contact switching signals via fully hermetically sealed industrial-grade relays, used to drive field solenoid valves, safety interlock coils, alarm horns, panel indicator lights, small auxiliary contactors and low-power on-site actuators. Every channel adopts dual-stage reinforced isolation: optocoupler front isolation + high-insulation relay rear isolation, thoroughly eliminating cross-channel signal crosstalk, ground loop drift and strong electromagnetic coupling interference. It integrates full-life-cycle intelligent diagnosis algorithm, capable of real-time monitoring relay contact wear degree, contact adhesion, output circuit open-circuit, overload short-circuit and inductive load back-EMF abnormal signals, uploading single-channel fault early warning and alarm data to the DCS host through MRC Link differential bus.

The circuit board adopts thickened multi-layer high-temperature resistant FR-4 industrial PCB with 360° all-round metal shielding structure. Each independent relay output channel achieves 1000V AC/DC reinforced reinforced galvanic isolation between field wiring terminals and internal logic circuits, effectively isolating lightning surge, high-frequency radiation, motor back-EMF and high-voltage cabinet interference in thermal power, petrochemical, metallurgy and waste incineration industries. All finished products pass full-lifecycle strict factory reliability verification: 72-hour extreme high-low temperature cyclic aging test, full-channel relay pull-in/release precision calibration, 1000-hour full-load bus continuous burn-in test, and comprehensive simulation tests of contact aging, wiring open-circuit, short-circuit and reverse wiring faults.
It supports single-slot hot-swappable online replacement without powering off the entire remote I/O station. Each output channel integrates multi-layer all-round hardware protection: surge suppression, instantaneous overcurrent rapid cut-off, reverse polarity prevention, inductive load back-EMF absorption, overload permanent self-locking protection, effectively avoiding permanent module burnout caused by on-site wiring errors or load failures. Independent high-brightness LED diagnostic indicators separately display power supply status, MRC bus communication link status, real-time relay output on/off status and single-channel fault early warning/alarm information, supporting fast on-site inspection, troubleshooting and preventive maintenance.
