MMS6823R (EPRO/Emerson MMS6000 System Communication Interface Module)

MMS6823R (Order Number 9100-00001-06) is the core communication gateway module of EPRO (now part of Emerson) MMS6000 rotating machinery monitoring system. Core function

Data Acquisition: Poll all MMS6000 monitoring cards (such as 9610-00013n, MMS6210, etc.) via 8 RS485 bus channels to obtain characteristic values, alarm and status data for vibration, displacement, speed, temperature, etc.

Protocol Conversion:

Output 1: MODBUS RTU/ASCII (RS485), for connection to DCS/DEH

Output 2: TCP/IP (RJ45 Ethernet), for connection to MMS6851 server or vibration analysis software.

System Configuration: Configure all card parameters of MMS6000 through the panel RS232 or Ethernet using MMS6910 software.
