Align the probe vertically to the axis surface, leaving an initial gap of 3.0mm

Power on to adjust the probe, lock the preamplifier with -12V output for fixation

Insert the LEMO plug of the probe into CON021 and tighten to lock

Single-point grounding of the shielding layer on the cabinet side, with the probe end suspended

Keep the cable away from power lines and frequency converters to avoid electromagnetic interference
