CON021 Terminal Definitions
Terminal 1: -24V
Terminal 2: 0V Ground

Terminal 4: Signal Common Ground
Sensor and Preamplifier
PR6423 comes with LEMO aviation connector, directly inserted into the CON021 interface and tightened for locking.
Shielding Grounding Specification
Single-point Grounding: Ground only at the preamplifier side of the cabinet, the probe end shield is floating, and grounding at both ends is prohibited.
V. Installation and Commissioning Standards
The probe should be vertically aligned with the measured axis surface, avoiding the axis edge.
Pre-set Installation Gap: 2.5mm
Power On Adjustment of the Probe Position, make CON021 output stable at -12V and then lock for fixation
Sensor Cable Should Be Away from Power Lines, Frequency Converters, and Avoid Parallel Wiring to Avoid Interference
VI. Voltage Status Judgment
Gap is too small: Output is close to -4V
Standard Working Point: 2.5mm ➜ -12V
Gap is too large: Output is close to -20V
No Voltage: Probe broken wire, LEMO connector loose, power polarity reversed
