IV. Wiring and Installation Tips

CON021 terminals:

-24V; 2) 0V; 3) Signal output; 4) Signal ground

Probe → Preamplifier: LEMO aviation plug direct insertion and locking

Shielding: Single-point grounding on the cabinet side, probe end shield floating

Installation gap: Initial 1.5mm, lock after adjusting to output -12V

V. Voltage Status Judgment (-24VDC power supply)

Insufficient gap: ≈-4V

Standard point: 1.5mm → -12V

Excessive gap: ≈-20V

No voltage / Close to 0V: Open circuit, loose connection, reverse power supply
