VI. Installation and Debugging Key Points

Standard installation gap: 2.5mm. After adjustment, the output of the preamplifier should be stable at -12V.

Shielded cables should be routed away from power cables and frequency converters to avoid parallel or co-located laying.

Single-ended grounding of the shielding layer, only grounding on the side of the preamplifier cabinet, and leaving the probe end floating.

The probe should be perpendicular to the measured shaft surface, avoiding the shaft edge to prevent edge effect.

VII. Normal Voltage Reference (with CON021 -24VDC power supply)

Gap is too small: Output approaches -4V

Standard operating point: 2.5mm → -12V

Gap is too large: Output approaches -20V

No voltage / Close to 0V: Probe disconnection, LEMO connector loosening, abnormal power supply
